The Constellations series is driven by my passion for exactly that, constellations. I try to spend every August in the Virginia mountains to watch the annually occuring Perseid meteor shower in a dark sky location. The smaller paintings tend to feature Cygnus, the swan constellation. The paintings are an attempt to image the flat depth of the night sky
This series was featured in the June 2016 exhibition Just Between Us, the March 2015 exhibition Waterfalls, as well as the April 2015 exhibition Trumbull Senior Show.
